Board of Trustees
A framework built for continuity.
The constitution provides for a Board of Trustees of not less than five and not more than nine members. Founding Members serve as Founding Trustees, while remaining Trustees are appointed under the constitutional provisions.
Executive Director
Accountable operational leadership.
The Executive Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer and administrative head, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees and managing the day-to-day affairs and operations of the organization.
